Information we collect
When you request a Strategy Call, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, contact preference, area of interest, service format, preferred time, and general goals or context.
Please do not use the form to send diagnoses, medical records, payment details, or other sensitive health information. The form is for an initial wellness and service conversation, not medical care or emergency support.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, understand which service path may fit, arrange follow-up, and maintain basic business records. We do not use a Strategy Call request to place you on an unrelated marketing list.
Where it is processed
Form submissions pass through the website’s secure server, are saved in a private Google Sheet, and generate an email notification to Sovereign Legacy. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide. These services process information on Sovereign Legacy’s behalf.
Retention and access
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact Sovereign Legacy using the details below.
